LA PROMOBILIERE<\/strong>, est une Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile Immobili\u00e8re, au capital de CINQ MILLIONS (5 000 000) DE FRANCS CFA, ayant son si\u00e8ge social \u00e0 Dakar, SODIDA lot n\u00b0 39, Dakar (S\u00e9n\u00e9gal). Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e depuis le 17 Ao\u00fbt 2011.<\/span><\/p>

Le capital social est d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 100 % par des S\u00e9n\u00e9galais.<\/span><\/p>

– Global M\u00e9dia<\/strong> avec la cha\u00eene de T\u00e9l\u00e9vision \u00ab Touba TV \u00bb et le journal \u00ab 24 Heures \u00bb<\/span><\/p>

– SOGES ASSISTANCES et beaucoup d\u2019autres SCI constitutives de Projets immobiliers ponctuels.<\/span><\/p>

La Promobili\u00e8re est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les activit\u00e9s de Promotion de Programmes immobiliers, de lotissement de terrains, de constructions de villas et d\u2019immeubles dans les zones les plus pris\u00e9es de Dakar (Mermoz, Mamelles, Almadies, Ngor, Zac de Mbao etc). La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 poss\u00e8de aussi Deux (2) complexes H\u00f4teliers au Cap Manuel et aux Almadies d\u2019un co\u00fbt global de 50 Milliards de F CFA. Il emploie pr\u00e8s d\u2019une cinquantaine d\u2019employ\u00e9s et r\u00e9alise plus de 7 milliards FCFA de chiffres d\u2019affaires par ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

La PROMOBILIERE, dispose de r\u00e9serves fonci\u00e8res de plus de 6 Hectares dans la zone des Almadies d\u2019une valeur de 18 Milliards de F CFA, et 5 Hectares dans la zone de Rufisque d\u2019une valeur de 5 Milliards de F CFA.<\/span><\/p>\n
